| Description | Mudhugger EVO Bolt-On (LONG) default fitting for most FOX (OPTIONS FOR ZEB, RECON, LYRIK,PSYLO, DVO AND OHLINS SEE BELOW) Minimum FORK OFFSET - 44MM For fitting to Rockshox, Ohlins or DVO forks choose the correct adapter. We- ?ve had the benefit of designing Mudhugger EVO around the 2021 FOX 36 and 38- ?s and 2021 Rockshox ZEB (not compatible with 38mm offset ZEB) and Domain to avoid the problem of the crown hitting the mudguard at full compression that other mudguards suffer from (adapter bracket required for ZEB, see options) but still compatible with older (2017 onwards) FOX forks 34 and 36 (including Fox/Marzocchi) which have bolt holes. *not compatible with Marzocchi Bomber Z2 or the updated 2025 Z1 (no bolt holes in fork brace). Please note this is NOT compatible with FOX AWL forks (no bolt holes) or FOX Live Valve (fouling issue). For 2022 onwards Fox 34 you'll need to use the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger kit as the fork brace is hollow and the bolts have very little to tighten to. Sadly the Fox 34 stepcast fork is too narrow to accept the EVO Mudhugger. Also compatible with Ohlins RXF and DH forks (adapter bracket required, see link above). Compatible with most RS RECON GOLD & SLIVER 35. Use the angle adjuster shim included in the default fitting kit along with the 6mm bolt (sold seperately) see link above. PLEASE NOTE - For all Downhill forks (not compatible with older 650b FOX 40's) we have the Quick Fit Kit For Front EVO Mudhugger which are used to brace the Hugger in the wider DH forks. You will still need to order the seperate adapter for Ohlins DH forks. Length - 515mm total - Rear extension 330mm, front extension 185mm Weight - 125g, without fittings. Bolts directly to the back of the fork brace. Default FOX kit Supplied with rubber pads, bolts, washers and hex key to install to your FOX forks. For ZEB, new Domain, Recon, DVO and Ohlins an ADAPTER PACK is required, sold seperatley (see above). See below for our 'How to fit video' More mud clearance. No more crown fouling at full compression. Stiffer. Optimum length, not too short, no longer than needed. Subtle kicker to keep length as short as possible without compromising spray protection.
